I’m so excited to share something brand new with you — my First Steps to Strength Challenge, launching on 1st November on The Body Coach app.
This four-week plan is all about helping you build strength, confidence and consistency — using only resistance bands. The workouts are short – just 10 to 20 minutes – but they’ll make a real difference. You’ll feel stronger each week as you move through the programme.
