From the very first day I started out as a personal trainer, my mission has never changed - to get people moving and feeling fitter, healthier and happier. I started my journey handing out flyers at my local train station, trying desperately to get people to come along to my bootcamps. Ten years and 600,000 clients later I can hardly believe how amazing that journey has been. And along the way, I have learnt so much from so many people about what it takes to succeed and what people need to stay motivated and inspired all year around.
And now after almost two years of hard work, I've put everything I've learnt into my brand new Body Coach app. This is the next chapter for The Body Coach and I really believe this is going to be a game changer for so many people. My dream is that this helps you transform the way you live. Not to improve your physical health and the way you look, but to transform your mental health and the way you feel. I believe it can do that. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who's already very active, you can transform your life through fitness.

How does the plan work?
Each cycle lasts 4 weeks and is full of exclusive HIIT workouts and tasty recipes tailored to you. At the end of each cycle, we'll update your app with new workouts and new recipes.
We offer mixed, pescatarian, veggie or vegan meal plans and you can choose a beginner, intermediate or advanced training level. We'll keep the recipes and workouts new, exclusive and fresh - month after month - so you stay motivated all year round.
Will I need any equipment?
We'd recommend an exercise mat for your workouts as this will provide extra padding and grip. Depending on your plan and cycle, you will also need some adjustable dumbbells. Adding weights to your workouts will help you progress through your plan - using them at the right times will help you build lean muscle. Once you get to the advanced plan, you may want to buy a kettlebell too as this is used in some of the workouts.
What device do I need?
The app is currently available on iOS Apple devices (iPhone or iPad). We're working really hard to bring The Body Coach app to everyone soon and hope it will be available on Android devices for Summer 2021. Don't worry if you don't have an iPhone or iPad, you can still get our original 90 Day Plan here.

The app is available to download in the UK, Ireland and European countries. We hope to bring the app to more countries soon, including the USA and Australia in 2021.
