Pina Colada Smoothie


Serves 1

  • 200g fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 30g protein powder, vanilla or unflavoured
  • 10g hemp seed hearts
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 80ml tinned coconut milk
  • 65g yoghurt, such as greek, natural, soya
  • 1 handful ice


Mega simple; place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Good on the go


  • Adjust the amount of ice to make the smoothie thicker or thinner.
  • You can use tinned pineapple if preferred, just drain off the liquid.
