Mango and Ginger Smoothie


Serves 1

  • 160g mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
  • 140g yoghurt, greek or natural
  • 30g protein powder, vanilla or unflavoured
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 10g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 15g ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • Handful of ice


Mega simple; just combine everything in a liquidiser and blend until smooth.


  • Adjust the amount of ice to make the smoothie thicker or thinner.
