What is the Lean in 15 HIIT Challenge?

Joe's Lean in 15 HIIT Challenge is a structured, two-week training plan built around quick, effective workouts that you can do in just 15 minutes.

Over the course of two weeks, Joe guides you through eight different workouts, which are all:

  • Bodyweight only, no equipment required
  • 15 minutes each
  • Built to work your full body
  • Created to help you burn fat and improve your cardio fitness levels

This challenge aims to help you build healthy habits and stay consistent throughout the two weeks. By the end, you'll feel stronger, more energised, and have improved fitness.

  5. You're in!
