Joe and Rosie have created a 2-week challenge on The Body Coach app to help you build strength, confidence and of course, have fun!
This is the second 2-week strength challenge they've done on the app – with different workouts and different formats to try.
The challenge is for anyone who's looking to build their strength at home – whether you're new to strength training and starting with lighter weights, or looking to progress.
The aim is to complete the challenge over 2 weeks, with 6 workouts to complete. Each week, there is an upper body, lower body, and full body workout to complete.
All workouts require a set of dumbbells, and last around 30 minutes. Train along with Joe and Rosie as they're there right with you doing the workout.
If you want to build strength, this challenge is for you.
It's perfect if you're looking for structure and motivation, want to train at home, or are returning to fitness after a break. You don't have to be strong to start this challenge – Joe and Rosie will help you build strength in a progressive and manageable pace.
If you complete Joe and Rosie's Strength Challenge: Round 2, you get a badge that'll be added to your profile. Many people like to try and complete the challenge again and up their weights.
