🎄Christmas Overnight Oats


Serves 1

  • 60g rolled oats
  • 150ml skimmed milk
  • 20g protein powder, vanilla or unflavoured
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • 40g yoghurt, such as greek, natural, soya
  • 10g dried cranberries
  • 10g flaked almonds, toasted


Mix the oats, milk, protein powder and mixed spice together in a bowl then stir in half of the yoghurt. Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight until thickened.

Serve with the remaining yoghurt, cranberries and flaked almonds.

  • Good for batch cooking
  • Family friendly
  • Good on the go


  • You could make a few batches of this. It will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • You can use the same amount of fat-free or low-fat yoghurt if preferred.

  • Feel free to top the oats with any preferred dried fruit.
