Chocolate and Raspberry Chia Bowl


Serves 1

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 15g protein powder, chocolate or vanilla
  • 15g maple syrup
  • 25g chia seeds
  • 25g chocolate spread
  • 40g raspberries
  • 1 pinch sea salt flakes


Place the almond milk, cocoa powder, protein powder and maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.

Mix the liquid with the chia seeds in a bowl or pot and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight until set.

Top the chia bowl with the chocolate spread and the raspberries and finish with a small sprinkle of flaky salt (optional).

  • Good on the go


  • You can swap the almond milk for skimmed milk if preferred.
