What's included?

Membership gives you access to:

How does the plan work?

When you sign up, you'll answer a few questions so we can tailor your plan to you. 

Based on your current fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), you'll get a structured workout plan. 

You'll also get a set of recipes, with portions tailored specifically to you and your goals (maintain or reduce your weight), so you can fuel your body with the right food for you.

Every month (each 'cycle'), you'll get access to new workouts which are designed to help you progress your fitness, strength and move you towards your goals, along with a set of tasty new recipes. 

By combining effective workouts with the right nutrition, you'll be burning fat, building muscle and energising your body. By unlocking new content each month, it means you'll be guided towards achieving your goals and don’t get overwhelmed.

How will I be working out?

All of the workouts are short (on average, 30 mins or less), but effective. That's because by combining HIIT and strength training you’ll be burning fat and building muscle both during and after the workout, so you don’t need to workout for hours. We recommend completing 4-5 workouts a week if your goal is fat-loss, but all movement is good so do what you can to fit with your lifestyle.

Do I need any workout equipment?

We'd recommend an exercise mat for your workouts as this will provide extra padding and grip. Depending on your plan and cycle, you will also need some adjustable dumbbells and may want to buy a kettlebell once you get to the Advanced plan.

What will I be eating?

Big portions and tasty recipes! You’ll have different recipes to choose from depending on whether or not you’ve been working out, so we can make sure you’re getting the right nutrition to help you hit your goals. You’ll be eating three meals a day, plus two snacks and don’t have to worry about counting calories or macros - we’ve done all the hard work for you.

What results can I expect?

The results you can expect will depend on your goal and how closely you’re following the plan. The programme is designed to help you improve your fitness, burn fat, build muscle, but also can have a big impact on your energy, happiness and overall health.
