I've always loved seeing so many of you enjoying my recipes, from my cookbooks, Instagram, or ones I share on my blog.

Every week this year, I've shared a banging new recipe on my blog – from pastas to breakfasts, speedy dinners, slow cooker favourites, and more.

These are the top 5 that were most popular throughout the year. Some are firm favourites from previous years, while others are brand-new recipes I've added. Which one would you choose?

1. Nonna's Special Granola

I get asked about Nonna's Special Granola recipe so many times on Instagram. It really is the best granola on earth 😍 The key to getting this granola nice and toasty is to spread it thinly over two trays when you cook it – you get that lovely crisp coconut that way. Get the recipe.

2. Peanut Butter Bars

These bars are well-loved! They're super easy to make and only have 5 ingredients. You can batch-make 12-16 bars and enjoy it as a snack when you’re feeling peckish. See the full recipe.

3. Budget Crispy Chilli Beef

This has been an absolute winner of a recipe this year! The blend of peanut butter and soy sauce is delicious, and it's a high protein meal, too. It only takes 20 minutes – winner. Get the recipe.

4. Chicken Cashew Curry

Another firm favourite each year is my creamy cashew curry – a hit for families. To make it nut free, you can swap the cashews for the same amount of seeds, like pumpkin or sunflower. See the full recipe.
