Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie


Serves 1

  • 100ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 20g protein powder, vanilla or strawberry
  • 70g strawberries, raspberries, or a mixture of both
  • ½ lemon, juice
  • 20g pumpkin seeds
  • Handful of ice


Mega simple; just combine everything in a liquidiser and blend until smooth.

  • Good on the go


  • Adjust the amount of ice to make the smoothie thicker or thinner.
