Peanut and Raisin Energy Balls


Makes 12

  • 100g unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 75g raisins
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 35g peanut butter
  • 20g ground flaxseed
  • 25g maple syrup


Tip all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend for a few minutes until the mixture begins to clump together. Split the mixture into 12 equal-sized pieces then roll each piece into a ball. Transfer the balls to a baking tray or plate lined with greaseproof paper and chill in the fridge for at least an hour until firm. Enjoy 1 or 2 energy balls as a snack.


  • Stored in an airtight container, the energy balls will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
