🎄Christmas Mince Pie Smoothie


Serves 1

  • 260ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 30g rolled oats
  • 20g mincemeat
  • 20g protein powder, vanilla or unflavoured
  • 40g apple sauce
  • 20g almond butter
  • 1 handful ice


Mega simple; just combine all of the ingredients in a liquidiser and blend until smooth.

  • Good on the go


  • Adjust the amount of ice to make the smoothie thicker or thinner.

  • You can use the same amount of skimmed milk or dairy-free milk (e.g. almond or soya) if preferred.
