Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
This creamy pasta dinner is a winner for the whole family.

Whisk the protein powder, eggs, milk and water together in a bowl until smooth.
Heat a little of the butter in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat. Ladle in some of the batter then swirl the pan so the batter covers the base of the pan. Leave to cook for 2-3 minutes, before flipping and cooking for a further minute or so on the other side.
Once cooked, remove the pancakes from the pan and put on a plate under some foil to keep warm while you repeat with the rest of the batter.
Serve the pancakes with the chocolate hazelnut spread, raspberries and chopped hazelnuts.
You can use the same amount of semi-skimmed milk or dairy-free milk (e.g. almond or soya) if preferred.
