Avocado and Berry Smoothie


Serves 1

  • 60g avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 30g protein powder, vanilla, strawberry or unflavoured
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 60g blueberries
  • 20g almonds
  • 50g yoghurt, such as Greek, natural or soya
  • 50g raspberries
  • Handful ice


Mega simple; just blitz all the ingredients together in blender until smooth.

  • Good on the go


  • Adjust the amount of ice to make the smoothie thicker or thinner.
