Referral Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions
Introduction
This prize draw is run by The Body Coach Online Nutrition Ltd, registered in the UK with registered office at Sovereign Gate, 18-20 Kew Road, Richmond, London, TW9 2NA (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Eligibility
To enter the prize draw, you must:
Be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Be an existing subscriber of The Body Coach App.
For the avoidance of doubt:
You must have an active subscription at the time the referral converts.
Both B2C and B2B subscribers are eligible.
Employees, contractors, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
You will receive one entry into the prize draw for each successful referral you make during the prize draw period.
There is no limit to the number of entries you can receive — the more successful referrals you make, the more entries you’ll earn.
What Counts as a Successful Referral
A referral will only be considered successful if all of the following criteria are met:
The referred friend:
Is a new user who has not previously held a paid subscription.
Signs up using your unique referral link.
Completes their 14-day free trial.
Converts to a paid annual subscription at £89.99.
Does not use any promotional, discounted, or offer pricing.
The referred friend must have an active paid subscription at the time the prize draw takes place.
Any referral that:
Converts to a promotional price,
Cancels before the draw,
Or does not complete the free trial,
will not be counted as a valid entry.
Promotional Period
The prize draw will run from:
00:00 (GMT) on 3 February 2025 to 23:59 (GMT) on 31 March 2025
Only referrals that:
Convert from free trial to paid subscription, and
Do so within the promotional period
will be counted as valid entries.
Referrals converting before or after this period will not be included in this specific prize draw.
Prize
There will be three (3) winners in total.
Each winner will receive:
One (1) Series 11 Apple Watch
One (1) pair of Brooks trainers
One (1) signed copy of Protein 15
The prize:
Is non-transferable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
Must be accepted as awarded.
If, for reasons beyond our control, any part of the prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random using a verified computerised random selection tool.
The draw will take place within 30 days of the promotion closing.
Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via email address linked to their account within 60 days of the draw closing.
The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
If the winner:
Does not respond in time, or
Is found to be ineligible,
we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Publicity
In line with ASA requirements, we may make the winner’s first name and county available upon request.
If you object to this information being shared, please contact us — we may still be required to provide this information to the ASA if requested for compliance purposes.
Data Protection
We will only use personal data supplied during this promotion to:
Administer the prize draw,
Select and contact the winner,
Fulfil the prize.
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
General
We reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions or fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.
Our decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
